Light, metaphysical but at the same time tangible element that surrounds us and allows us to touch the world around us with our eyes. It brings textures and shapes into existence from the veil that other wise would envelop the room. Without light this very room would not have the same sense of space and dimension, thus experiences would be take some other form. Element of subversion, of change, of discovery. It rewires the reality by presenting questions about reality itself, like, how do you really know something is really there? A physical object can be subverted by light into a photograph, perceived into another completely different way and transmit some if not all of the contours, textures and feeling attempted to be captured in these. The world around us is veiled, hidden from us unless light presents it to us and reveals it all around us in all its magnificent contrast and color.
